Ben worked in-house in the finance industry before being admitted to practice as a solicitor. Since that time he has worked exclusively in commercial and litigation matters.

Ben provides advice to clients across a broad range of industries including property, advertising, technology and transport. He uses his background in the automotive and finance industries to understand the needs of his business clients, and ensure that the cases he handles achieve the required commercial outcomes.

Ben has obtained successful outcomes for clients in a wide variety of matters. His experience includes representing clients in complex litigation against multinational companies in the Supreme Court. However, he feels just as comfortable and committed to running matters for small business clients and individuals in the Local Court.

Ben is married with 4 children. His background outside the legal profession gives him an understanding of the concerns clients have about the costs of litigation. He prides himself on streamlining the litigation process to obtain the most cost effective outcomes for clients.
