Apostille of education documents
To obtain the Apostille certificate for education documents, we need to verify that they are authentic.
Australian public universities and other public tertiary institutions
Qualifications from many Australian universities may be authenticated using the eQuals website. Click here for a list of participating institutions. If your degree is from one of those ihttp://www.myequals.edu.au/nstitutions, you should register on the eQuals website. Then, when you come to see our notary, he can check your qualification online.
If the institution is not on the eQuals list, you need to arrange for the student administrative office of the University to certify the document as a “true and accurate” record before bringing it to us.
Australian private universities and other private tertiary institutions
Prior verification of documents from an Australian accredited private university or institution is not necessary. You can just bring them to us for notarisation and Apostille.
Australian School qualifications
- Public schools
The qualification document must be signed by an authorised officer of the government Education Department before you bring it to us.
- Private schools
The qualification document must be signed by an official of the school before you bring it to us.
Foreign education qualifications
It is not possible to obtain Apostille certification for documents from foreign education institutions.
