Lindsay predominately practises in litigation, with a particular focus on commercial disputes, credit control and debt collecting, plus enforcement of judgments. Lindsay is also a member of Somerville Legal's employment law team.


Prior to joining the team at Somerville Legal, Lindsay gained broad legal experience in a small suburban firm, working in the areas of litigation, property law, family law and criminal law.

From this generalist background, Lindsay developed and focused his skills in the area of commercial disputes and litigation and has represented a number of small businesses and individuals in the Supreme Court of New South Wales, the District and Local Courts, as well as the Federal Courts of Australia. He works hard to obtain practical, commercial outcomes both in and out of court and understands the needs and aims of his clients.

Personal Statement

Lindsay is a keen traveller and has had the pleasure of living overseas in Turkey for 6 months. He also enjoys participating in competitive level sports, including: rugby, hockey and boxing. In addition, Lindsay volunteers his time to mentor university students as judge of the Macquarie University Mooting competition.
